Syngenta renueva su acuerdo de servicios de infraestructuras TI con HP

Hewlett-Packard, la compañía tecnológica más grande del mundo, ha anunciado que Syngenta Corp Protection AG, compañía global agropecuaria con sede en Suiza, ha firmado un acuerdo de servicios de infraestructura TI de siete años de duración, ampliando así su relación a largo plazo con HP.

Este nuevo modelo cloud permitirá a Syngenta operar en un entorno de pruebas en la nube, donde se testan nuevos conceptos de investigación y desarrollo. A su vez, le proporciona un entorno flexible que facilita la expansión, donde Syngenta paga únicamente por la capacidad de computación que consume. Esto permitirá a los investigadores desplegar rápidamente la capacidad de computación y almacenamiento necesaria para poner en marcha complejas operaciones bio-informáticas.
